Alan: Something "feels wrong" about this suit. Upon conscious reflection however, I think it more likely the victims need criminal redress than "the powerful" need to escape judgment - again. A parallel: I predict Oscar Pistorious will be found not guilty, just as O.J. Simpson was found "not guilty." Such judgments have more to do with money, power and our social need to protect "designated heros" than the execution of justice.
